What is ValueNow™
ValueNow™ is Manzi Appraisers’ streamlined online pathway for valuations and USPAP-compliant appraisal reports. Upload photos, tell us about your item, and our appraisers will assess and advise — no travel, no risk to fragile objects, service available globally.

What we provide:

  • Retail Replacement Value / Insurance Value
  • Estate / Date-of-Death Appraisals
  • Estate Planning & Advisory

Turnaround:

  • Reports are typically completed within 30 days (complex cases may take longer).

Pricing & Scope

  • Established minimum valuation threshold: $250 per item
  • Online USPAP-compliant appraisal: starting at $250 per distinct object or set
  • Multi-item projects, estates, or complex collections quoted individually after review
  • All valuations are subject to the appraiser’s discretion. A piece may require additional research, in-person evaluation, or incur additional costs depending on the best approach.

Note: Reports are typically completed within 30 days once scope and payment are confirmed. Complex cases may take longer. Additional research, testing, or specialist consultation may be required and can adjust the fee or timeline, but only with your approval in advance.

  1. What happens after I submit?
    You will receive an automatic email acknowledgment confirming your request has been received.
  2. Can the value be lower than the fee?
    Yes. Fees reflect professional analysis and reporting time; values may be lower or higher than the fee.
  3. Do you do on-site inspections?
    Yes, we conduct many on-site evaluations nationwide. There is a fee for this service. Please email manzi@manziappraisers.com with your inquiry — David Manzi will personally respond.
  4. What images should I include?
    Overall front and back, close-ups of signatures/labels, and any condition issues. Include a ruler or coin for scale when helpful.

Online Valuation

Please include as much detail as possible, such as, make (does the item have a maker’s name?), size (height, width, etc), model number, approximate age and any history you know about the item. Our appraisers will determine if items qualify as a set. What a client may identify as a set may not be considered a set for appraisal purposes.
If yes, please provide details of the value including the date, purpose (insurance or sale value), valuation price and name of the firm who provided past valuation (if known)
